Retail orders, delivery
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 17:00 are shipped the same day where we can. We can’t always manage it, occasionally a product is out of stock, which can make delivery take a little longer. Each product page shows an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we can’t meet it, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Retail orders, shipping costs
Listed prices are exclusive of shipping. Shipping costs are:
- €7.99 for orders under €150
- Free for orders from €150
Please note: this order can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. If the parcel can’t be delivered to your home, it will be sent to a pickup point. If it isn’t collected there, we’re unfortunately obliged to charge €7.99 in return costs. Once the parcel comes back to us, your order will be (partially) cancelled. The same applies if you refuse the parcel at the door.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email showing the delivery date. If for any reason we can’t meet that delivery time, we’ll of course let you know as soon as possible.

- €50 for orders under €450
- Free for orders from €450
Please note: this order can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. If it can’t be delivered, it will be returned. If you’re not present for delivery, we’re unfortunately obliged to charge €50. Once the parcel is back with us, a new delivery moment will be scheduled.
