Trade Terms & Conditions

These Trade Terms govern every offer, order and agreement between Pineapple Drinks Club (“PDC”) and a business customer buying for resale or professional use (bars, restaurants, retailers, wholesalers). They apply instead of our consumer Terms. Any purchasing conditions of the buyer are expressly rejected unless agreed in writing.

Trade pricing is available only to accounts approved by PDC. Approval requires a valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration and, for intra-EU supply, a validated VAT number. PDC may request further documentation, and may suspend or withdraw a trade account at its discretion (see also our age-verification policy).

Some products carry a minimum order quantity (MOQ) or are sold by the case. The applicable MOQ and case size are shown at the point of order. An order is a binding offer by the buyer; the agreement is formed when PDC confirms it or dispatches the goods.

Trade prices are quoted ex-VAT in euros and exclude delivery unless stated. For eligible intra-EU B2B supplies with a validated VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged and the buyer accounts for VAT in its own member state. PDC may adjust prices for errors or supplier changes before an order is accepted.

Unless an on-account facility has been agreed in writing, orders are payable in advance. Where credit terms apply, invoices are due within the agreed period. Overdue amounts may accrue statutory commercial interest, and PDC may suspend deliveries until payment is received.

Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes on delivery. All goods remain the property of PDC until paid in full (retention of title); until then the buyer holds them as custodian and may not pledge or encumber them.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers only and does not apply to business purchases. Returns of trade orders are accepted only by prior written agreement and may be subject to conditions.

The buyer warrants that it holds any licence required to purchase, stock and resell alcoholic beverages, and that it will not resell to anyone under 18. The buyer will comply with the Dutch Alcohol Act (Alcoholwet) and all applicable rules on labelling, advertising and responsible sale.

PDC's liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned and excludes indirect or consequential loss, save where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. PDC is registered with the KvK under number [TODO] and VAT number [TODO], Helicopterstraat 32, Amsterdam.
