- How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add bottles to your cart and check out. You'll need to confirm you're 18 or over. We accept iDEAL and the major European payment methods.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll help where the order hasn't shipped yet. You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery. Read our returns policy.
Shipping & delivery
- How much does delivery cost?
Retail orders are €7.99, or free from €150. Trade orders are €50, or free from €450. All prices exclude shipping unless stated. Shipping & delivery details.
- How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed on working days before 17:00 are shipped the same day where we can. Each product page shows an indication of delivery time.
- Who can receive my delivery?
Only a person aged 18 or over can accept the parcel, and the carrier may ask for ID. If it can't be delivered it goes to a pickup point.
Trade accounts
- How do I open a trade account?
Register your business and we'll review it. Once approved, you'll see ex-VAT trade pricing and be able to order by the case. Register as trade.
- I already have a trade account, where do I sign in?
Use the trade login. Your wholesale pricing appears automatically once you're signed in. Trade login.
Products & responsibility
- Do I have to be 18 to buy?
Yes. You must be 18 or over to browse and buy, and we deliver only to adults. We take responsible enjoyment seriously. Our stance on responsible drinking.
