This site is operated by Pineapple Drinks Club (part of Spirited Union Group), Helicopterstraat 32, 1059 CG Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

• Account data, name, email and password (managed by our authentication provider) when you create a retail or trade account.
• Order data, delivery and billing address, order contents, and for trade accounts your company and VAT number.
• Payment data, processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card or bank details.
• Age confirmation, we record that you confirmed you are 18 or over.
• Marketing data, your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Technical data, basic device and usage information needed to keep the site secure and working.

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, manage your account, verify trade eligibility, comply with our legal obligations (including age and tax rules), prevent fraud, respond to your questions, and, only with your consent, send you our newsletter.

We share data only with the processors that help us run the shop, under appropriate data processing agreements: our authentication and database providers (to run your account and store orders), our payment provider (to take payment), our email provider (order confirmations and, if subscribed, the newsletter), and our delivery carriers (to ship your order). We never sell your personal data.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and age confirmation, and secure the site. Any analytics or marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal retention requirements (for example, order and invoice records under Dutch tax law). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
