Four Pillars - Rare Dry Gin

Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is an Australian gin made with a blend of nine botanicals, both traditional and native. It is distilled in a copper pot still to preserve the essence of each botanical. At its heart is the juniper flavour of classic gin, with fresh citrus, a hint of pepperberry, and native botanicals such as lemon myrtle and finger lime. The result is bright, refreshing, and complex, balancing citrus, herbal, and botanical flavours. Serve it neat, with tonic, or in cocktails.
