Strucchi Bitter Bianco

Strucchi Bitter Bianco

Strucchi Bitter Bianco is a modern take on the classic bitter: fresh, elegant, and full of character. Made with 15 botanicals, including hops, citrus, fennel, gentian, and cardamom, which together create a balance between bitter, herbal, and floral. On the nose, grapefruit, mandarin, and wild fennel; the palate opens with bitter orange and cardamom, followed by soft notes of liquorice, sage, and galangal. Good in a White Negroni or a refreshing spritz.

The bottle pays tribute to Amalia Panigati, the Italian theatrical diva of the belle époque, a woman full of flair and expression.
