Strucchi Vermouth Rosso

Strucchi Rosso vermouth is full, herbal and complex, exactly what you look for in a classic Italian vermouth. A base of Trebbiano d’Abruzzo white wine gives structure and freshness, while the infusion of herbs and spices brings the depth. Expect aromas of absinthe, cinnamon and clove, with orange peel, sage and an elegant bitterness from cinchona on the palate. Good in a Negroni, mixed with Strucchi Bitter and a gin such as Four Pillars Rare Dry, or neat over ice.

The bottle carries the image of Mata Hari, the Frisian dancer and spy who became world-famous in Paris.
