Mr. Three & Bros. Ginger Falernum
Mr. Three & Bros. Ginger Falernum is an Italian creation with a Caribbean soul, developed by the bartenders of Rita & Cocktails in Milan, one of Italy's best-known cocktail bars.
This Falernum combines Caribbean white and dark rum with fresh ginger, aromatic herbs, bitter almonds, lime, lemon, and sugar. The result is a rich, spicy liqueur with a warm, tropical depth and a slightly hazy, golden-yellow color.
On the nose, ginger and almond; the palate opens with fresh ginger, citrus, and a hint of spice. Good for tiki cocktails, rum punches, or modern classics.
