A base of smooth Caribbean rums from Colombia and the Dominican Republic is blended with Project Amsterdam Funk, a high-ester rum pot-distilled in Amsterdam. This finish adds tropical fruit ester notes and aromatic complexity, so the spirit cuts cleanly through citrus and mixers instead of getting lost. Available in 700 ml glass bottles and 5L Bag-in-Box formats for quick station refills and less packaging waste.

Serve Inspiration: White Rum

House Classic Daiquiri:

60 ml Spirited Union White Rum, 30 ml fresh lime juice, 15 ml simple syrup (2:1). Shake hard with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. The ester finish gives a classic cocktail extra depth.

Union Mojito:

50 ml Spirited Union White Rum, 20 ml fresh lime juice, 15 ml sugar syrup, fresh mint. Muddle lightly, churn with crushed ice, and crown with soda water.

Rum & Pineapple:

45 ml Spirited Union White Rum topped with 120 ml fresh pineapple juice over cubed ice, top off with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and a dusting of sea salt.
