Spirited Union House Dark Rum 38.3% ABV

Spirited Union House Dark Rum is built for the dark well, combining Caribbean cask rums with Amsterdam distilling for solid menu value.

It starts from cask-aged rums from Jamaica, Colombia and the Dominican Republic, blended and finished with Project Amsterdam Funk, a high-ester Amsterdam-distilled rum. The result: dried fruits, gentle oak spice, toffee and aromatic esters that hold up in complex, high-build serves. Packaged in 700 ml speed-pour bottles and in 5L Bag-in-Box units for high-volume venues.

A full-bodied, high-character well spirit for dark serves, mules and punches, with good gross margins behind the bar.

Serve Inspiration: House Dark Rum

Amsterdam Dark & Stormy:

50 ml Spirited Union House Dark Rum, 15 ml fresh lime juice, topped with fiery ginger beer over cubed ice. Garnish with a candied ginger slice or a slapped mint sprig.

Union Rum Old Fashioned:

50 ml Spirited Union House Dark Rum, 5 ml demerara syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 dash orange bitters. Stir over clear ice and express orange peel over the top.

House Rum Punch:

40 ml Spirited Union House Dark Rum, 40 ml tropical juice (pineapple/orange), 20 ml passion fruit syrup, 15 ml lime juice. Shake and dump into a tall glass with crushed ice. For groups, multiply the recipe by the number of guests.
