Spirited Union - Lemon & Leaf

Spirited Union distilled this Agricole-style rum from Mauritius with fresh lemons from the Amalfi Coast, for a vibrant flavor. The fresh citrus notes are balanced by the earthy depth of cinchona bark, Sarawak pepper, and sarsaparilla root, for a spicy, complex finish. They also distilled eucalyptus leaves to add herbal freshness alongside the lemon. Combined with UVA Highlands black tea, this creates a blend of fresh, grassy, and minty notes.
