ArteNOM Selección de 1414, Reposado
Made at Destilería El Ranchito by the Vivanco family, highland agave growers for four generations. Their own agave fields around Arandas yield aromatically rich agave with a pronounced sweetness. This reposado is built for finesse and balance, with aging in third-fill American oak.
Style: elegant, balanced, and subtly wood-aged. Flavor: soft vanilla, roasted sweet potato, light herbs, allspice, and mild chili warmth. Production: traditional oven roasting, natural fermentation, double distilled, and aged in third-fill bourbon barrels. Character: a refined reposado that combines the floral freshness of highland agave with a clean, elegant oak structure.
