Returns & cooling-off

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send your product back. You'll then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to us is at your own expense, this is roughly €7.99 per parcel; check your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this loss of value to you. So please handle the product with care and make sure it's well packaged for return.

To exercise this right, simply contact us or email [email protected]. We'll then refund the amount due within 14 days of you registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
