Spirited Union - Pineapple

Their pineapple rum starts with barrel-aged rum fermented using a pineapple yeast strain. To build up the tropical character, they add real pineapple extract and a blend of warming spices. The result is a vibrant, flavourful rum that pairs well with ginger beer or works in daiquiri-style cocktails.
